30 for 30: Super Bowl Sunday
Sunday, February 06, 2011Let's go Redskins! Wait, it's not 1992. It's been almost 20 years since they've even been in the mix. I was too young to appreciate the championship in '92, and it might be another 20 years before we can get excited about a team worth getting excited about. So instead, I'm wishing for a great game tonight. An exciting one that comes down to the last minute, please! Who are you cheering for?

I love the bright splash of color from the LOFT top and also love that you look so put-together even on the weekends :) I'm not much a sports fan but I am excited about the Glee post-show LOL - have fun watching the game!
ReplyDeleteCute outfit to cheer for your team. My hubby is a Cheese Head from Wisconsin so I say GO PACKERS!!!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! You look too cute for messy super bowl parties. I am watching with my parents but am not cheering for either team because I don't really follow pro ball. :)
ReplyDeleteI am watching the game with the rest of my family but I don't know much about pro football. I have the same top from LOFT and I love it. The color looks great on you. Have a great time!
ReplyDeleteCute!! I love that you balanced out the bright with the grey! Sydney of PLG just made a post today with that same top!
ReplyDeleteNot rooting for anyone in particular. Just have it on in the background while my husband and I are on our computers. Cliche sounding, but I only look up during the commercials. :p And he was more interested in the golf game that was on earlier. Hehe!
Love this outfit! Did you go anywhere special? :)
ReplyDeleteAhhh...the top I always wanted but couldn't find..looks great Cee!
ReplyDelete@SewPetiteGal - Haha, I was a bum on Saturday, so figured I should clean up a bit on Sunday :) What'd you think of Glee? I wish they'd get back to more to old-school Glee, from the first half of season one. Or they could always show more of Blaine singing. I'll take that!
ReplyDelete@Lisa - I was neutral up until the end of the game. I'm happy for the Packers!
@Elle - No messy super bowl parties for me either! But had a good time watching the game :)
@PetiteLittleGirl - I hope you enjoyed the commercials at least!
@Michelle - Haha, my parents have the golf channel on 24/7. At least when I'm over there. Part of me thinks they do it on purpose because I find it boring :P
@JenlovesBal - Nowhere special :) But I felt like I lazed the day away on Saturday, so dressed up a bit on Sunday instead.
@t - Thanks :)
@Really Petite - Will keep my eyes out for you!
wore my top this wkd too!
ReplyDeleteI like this! I enjoy the pop of colour in this outfit : )

I'm following your daily outfits! Props to you for posting every day for this challenge!
ReplyDeleteHad to comment on this one because I loove unstructured tops. The cocoon top is so casual-chic and I'm sure it will make more appearances down the road of this challenge.
I'd love to hear from you. Constructive criticisms welcome!
