Day 23/30: Half-and-Half
Tuesday, July 05, 2011A long weekend, a short work week, and I'm already looking forward to this coming weekend (no plans, just like how I like it). I know this no-responsibilities lifestyle won't last forever, but for the time being, I'm enjoying it to the fullest. Do you jam-pack your weekends or keep them as free as possible?

I am loving this combo..sophisticated on top and super casual on the bottom. It works!
ReplyDeleteLoving the black and white combo, Cee! I like a little bit of both. I can't stand being lazy all weekend but I don't want to run around either. My husband always says I am hard to please :)
ReplyDeleteWow...that necklace is gorgeous! Love it.
ReplyDeleteI unfortunately subscribe to the jam-packed weekend lifestyle most of the time. B's easier to handle when we keep her busy, you know?
I'm a homebody most of the time so I don't have much to do on weekends except catch up on my Korean dramas. I like how the necklace keeps the outfit interesting.
ReplyDeleteWoohoo I love this look too Cee! Are these pants see through at all? Besides dumping food on myself the other reason I don't get light bottoms is the see through factor.
ReplyDeleteMy weekends are usually jam packed but not on purpose. I just have a ton of stuff to do! This past long weekend was AMAZING! We had no plans at all - either of us! Which is so rare so we actually got to enjoy our city :)
I agree with everyone else, but I didn't want to not say how great you look (and I always love that necklace).
ReplyDeleteI love your perfect summer look - and love the pop of color in the necklace, its gorgeous :)

You look awesome...love this top! Do you find that those pants wrinkle easily?? I think I tried them on and liked them, but was nervous about the linen wrinkling.
ReplyDeletethe necklace is so pretty Cee! I wish I have a 3day weekend every week! glad this week is a short one. Weekends for us is mostly running errands :(
ReplyDeleteJust a carefree yet tres chic look...just effortless! You are awesome Cee!
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone!
ReplyDelete@Tara - Oh man, will I be in a rude awakening if/when I have kids! I'm sure B makes your life so much fuller it's completely worth it :)
@Jarucha - High five for homebodies! Except I need to catch up on my American TV shows. I still have so many from this past spring season I've yet to finish. Do you watch Secret Garden? I've only heard of this one because a girl I went to school with talks about her brother with a role on the show. I don't know how big of a role or what character, but the show seems pretty popular.
@Elaine A (TOBeautyReviews) - They're only see through when I wear dark underwear, lol. The pockets are see through though, so go figure :) I'm a semi-klutz, but I can't say no to white skirts/pants. They are just so CRISP and goes with everything, so I'm willing to put up with the dirt factor.
@Tara - Yep, definitely very wrinkly, especially around the thigh area. It's ok for me though b/c the wrinkled linen gives off that oh-I'm-casual vibe that I can't achieve otherwise :P
I'd love to hear from you. Constructive criticisms welcome!
