30 for 30: Fresh ideas
Wednesday, March 02, 2011I'm running out of ways to tie scarves. And running out of ways to pair tops with pants, but that's another story. While browsing Esprit, I noticed that their stylists accessorize the heck out of scarves. Cha ching! I couldn't have asked for better timing.
I'm also no longer living in a cave. If my Facebook is any indication though, there will hardly be any updates.
scarf: Esprit
shirt: American Eagle
necklace: H&M
belt: Forever 21
pants: LOFT
boots: Old Navy (currently sold here)
bag: Rebecca Minkoff

ReplyDeleteBTW - I would totally follow your if I was Twitter-er(?) :)
ReplyDelete@Lisa - respect the shoes - Two more days can't come soon enough!
ReplyDelete@Simply Bubblelicious, @PetiteLittleGirl - I couldn't agree more. It's my absolute favorite shade of green :)
@Lisa - Floral pencil skirt from LOFT!!! I'm hitting up the mall Friday afternoon if I have my way :)
@Erin - Thank you!
@SewPetiteGal - Haha, I haven't had time to play around with Twitter much yet. Have to go find some people to follow! I forgot to respond to your comment from yesterday re when the 30 for 30 is over: I plan to shop til I drop! And a long nap, haha.
Almost done! Congratulations :)
ReplyDeleteI am loving the green and blue combo today...but I want to know how you tied the scarf! It looks great, and I'm looking for new ways to work a scarf myself.
Haha, I notice that too about Esprit...for some reason, their clothes don't speak to me like Loft does....Loft is a wallet killer for me. And maybe you can accessorize with necklaces/earrings as I don't see you wear those much?
ReplyDeleteyou are the queen of scarves! hehe :)
ReplyDeleteI'm loving this outfit -- that green scarf is divine! I need to figure out how to tie mine like that...
ReplyDeleteHang on girl you are almost there and love the cognac+green touch :)

Your outfit is so vibrant! I love that green scarf...I have to say not that many can pull it off but you did!
@Tara, @Whitney - Hmm, now that I'm looking at the picture, I don't remember how I tied it! I'm pretty sure I followed look #1 and then tucked the ends back up top and under.
ReplyDelete@Jarucha - Unfortunately no pierced ears for me so no earrings. But I do try to wear necklaces when I don't wear scarves, hehe.
@Leena - Scarf queen in training :)
@katou - TWO more days!! Thanks for the support!
@JenlovesBal - It's funny you'd say it's neat cuz I was trying to go for the messy look!
@Elle - Haha! I'm the worst when it comes to replying. So slowwwww, but I will do my best :)
