Same Old
Thursday, March 15, 2012I thought I was trying something new with today's outfit... until I remembered this one from my archives. Same dress, same accessories, a jacket, different top (but worn the same way). Ahhh... chalk it up to faulty short term memory ;)
coat: Burberry Marystow trench (sold here)
necklace: J.Crew layered pearl (similar)
dress: Plastic Island (similar)
ring: Forever 21 pearlescent cluster (sold here)
flats: Mossimo Desta ballet (similar)

I love it with the gingham! And all those pearls! I love the look of pearls with a collared shirt. :)
ReplyDeleteCan't help but to be gravitated to classic fab styles :) I love the dress/skirt!

I love this!!
ReplyDeleteLove your pearl necklace and dress. I would love to see dress itself!
ReplyDeleteI fall into the same patterns too and then when I refer back to my archives I find that it's not so original at all. But hey, whatever works, right? I do love the gingham and pearls!
ReplyDeleteWell it's definitely not old to those of us who are new to your blog! Cute outfit! <3 I am a pearl fanatic!
ReplyDeletetoo many things i love about this--pearls, popped collar, the gingham! 'same old' works for me! ;)
ReplyDeleteLove how much use you get out of your bag! Is this the rose gold color or white? Thanks!!
ReplyDeleteHey Amy, my bag is white. Well, maybe dirty white now that I've carried it everywhere ;) Apologies for the poor lighting early in the morning.
DeleteNothing wrong with repeats, especially if it looked great before. Its your clothes so wear them as many times as you like - even if it is the same way. (Karen)
ReplyDeleteI love this look! I like the first outfit too but this one has a bit more punch to it and I really like it with the longer jacket as well ;)
ReplyDeleteLOL - I like it with the gingham! It's a nice contrast to the more formal looking skirt portion :)
ReplyDeleteLove the gingham shirt with the skirt! It looks so fabulous paired up! -xo

ReplyDeleteI'd love to hear from you. Constructive criticisms welcome!
