Khakis Again
Friday, March 30, 2012These shoes. These pants. Yep, another outfit featuring these two again. I've been wearing them almost everyday since purchasing. Chalk it up to a comfort phase that I'm going through.
Today's outfit is a copy of this Pinterest image that I stumbled across. So simple and comfortable, what more can I ask for? I'll be wearing this all throughout spring.
Have a great weekend!

Don't feel bad, I live in my Top-siders, they are sooooooo comfy! That and the nautical look I think will never go out of style. Cute outfit, so something I would wear!
ReplyDeleteI have a feeling the day that I find a way to dress up my Sperrys, my other shoes will no longer be seeing the light of day, haha. They're definitely too comfortable to be ignored!
Deletei go through these phases, too. you still look super cute, tho!! i need to try those shoes!
ReplyDeleteWhen comfort looks that good...why not wear it over and over? Hehe. Looking great as always Cee! Have a great weekend. =)
ReplyDeleteI love how scarves instantly make everything more cozy and stylish. (you're outfit is cute & stylish anyways, of course lol)

Very comfortable!...(and preppy chic, so why not over and over?!) Lol I think I wore a yellow neon belt everyday this week and last so I'm stuck in a fashion phase too ;) Hee hee
ReplyDeleteI'm sure coming up with so many outfits with the neon belt in such a short time span wasn't easy, so looking forward to your weekly recap post!
DeleteI love this, you look fantastic! Outfits based on comfort are great to fall back upon and they tend to be classic, like your look. Have a great weekend!

Love the pants too, I just bought similar ones in mint from Zara.
ReplyDeleteLove the classic vibe here :) How do you like your Gap khakis (obviously you do lol) but any complaints with fit or anything?
ReplyDeleteThese pants aren't a perfect fit (seems like none of my clothes are, lol). I'm wearing sz 00 and there is some waist gap, but easily solved with a belt. The length is great, both uncuffed (hits me at the ankle bone) and cuffed. The material is kinda wrinkly but since the pants are pretty casual, they don't detract from the look. The best part is that I think Gap just released them in more colors! I'm seriously considering buying another color because they are so.comfortable.
DeleteI like this a lot very simple and casual but still cute and I love the cut and fit of the chinos. I think a bold or bright scarf would be an awesome addition to the outfit.

You look great. Your outfit looks so comfortable. Loved that place!
ReplyDeleteYou look so nautical and chic Cee. Walmart aviators....will have to try those on next time I go:)
ReplyDeleteI'm such a cheapo when it comes to sunglasses for reasons I've yet to figure out, haha. I would say if you're in the market for similar ones in the low price range, try Walmart, Target, F21, Old Navy. Good luck!
DeleteComfort is so important! I am ready to hang up my five-inch heels in favor of more flats! :)
ReplyDeleteLove this outfit, you make casual look so chic!
You say that Elle, but how much you wanna bet your feet will complain in no time because they're used to (and comfortable in) heels? ;)
DeleteThe striped top totally makes this outfit. It's super cute.
