Christmas In September
Sunday, September 16, 2012I know I know, it's a few months too early to even start thinking about the holidays. This is what happens when I'm going through my must-wear-new-items-all-at-once phase. No worries, it'll pass soon.

Love the green+red combo! Wish we could wear something like that during the actual Christmas time... too bad DC gets too cold in Dec. =(
ReplyDeleteHello from DC metro as well!
Hi Julia! It's always fun to meet other DCers on the web :) I hear ya... I'm crossing my fingers for hopefully another mild winter!
DeleteHow can you make a T-shirt look so classy? I saw the price and almost fell off my chair. I read the description and was wondering how these Ts feel to the touch compared to a regular T. Is it noticeably different? How about its thickness?
ReplyDeleteDid you see SPG's post today? Baby E's adorable. I love the "inspired by Cee" half tucked look. :)
The t-shirt's definitely not worth $90, even though to the touch it the fabric feels softer and thicker than cheaper tees. I bought mine on sale for ~$45 and I think even that was a bit pricey. However I loved the blue/green colors together, so to me that was worth a bit more money. I also think Saint James is popular in Europe and we are paying a price for the name too.
DeleteI did see SPG's post! I haven't had a chance to go comment yet, but baby E pulls off the look much better than I do. It just looks better on a smaller person :)
Thanks, Cee. That's more reasonable. Talking about sale, I found this frosted aqua color version on sale today:

I can't see the color... is it sold out already?! With the extra 30% off, I think the tee is worth buying to try, as long as it's not final sale. I personally like the looser fit across the torso on me but the sleeves are definitely baggier than I like (so I cheated by rolling it up some).
Delete..... It's never too early!love the stripes :)
ReplyDeleteSuper cute stripes. It's okay to celebrate Christmas early.
ReplyDeleteI'm totally in the mood for Christmas now! This is proof that stripes work all year round :)
ReplyDeleteI love how much use your new purse is getting! :) And just like your red/white/blue pairings, this totally works without screaming Christmas! :)
ReplyDeleteI love your Chanel purse so much!! Makes me tempted on getting a WOC. -_-
