Morning Fog

I dug deep into my closet for today's outfit. Everything but the bag and pants have not seen the light of day in a long while. This is a much-needed reminder that I've been shopping too much lately... and well, old clothes need loving too *sheepish grin*
scarf: unknown animal print - gift (similar)
cardigan: stephanie b long sleeve ruffle (similar; similar)
dress as top: LOVE 21 knotted shift (similar)
ring: Forever 21 faceted faux gemstone (sold here)

  1. I realized the same thing these days. *blushing* My closet needs some organization and some "old" clothes need to be "loved". I love the way you wear this animal print scarf.

  2. I love your scarf! And I'm the same way...I actually made a mental note to pull some older things out and wear them!

  4. Nice outfit. Love the ruffles from your dress.
Haha I always feel bad about clothes I've worn only once or twice. It just sits at the bottom of the cupboard until I donate it.

  9. Just bought a similar scarf and was wondering how to style it. Love the ruffles with the scarf and the simple palette. :)

  10. The contrast of colors looks so stunning and you always have the best scarves! Will you be venturing in the leopard scarf arena? I just got one and need ideas to style :)

  12. @Joey - The worst feeling is forgetting about an item in my possession... and only discovering it until the season's over. Then I lament over how I could've worn it in so many ways. Tsk tsk.

@SewPetiteGal - Hmm... probably not. I'm not really drawn to animal prints for some reason (at least not right now). But I've seen Wendy wear her animal-print scarf/shawl in so many fabulous ways, if you need ideas!

  14. This is exactly why I'm detoxing right now...I have too many dusty items in my closet :)

Unfortunately, I don't think I have anything as awesome as that scarf...but maybe there's something equally lovely that I've forgotten about!
