Slow Monday
Monday, April 30, 2012Bf and I took a trip up to New York this past weekend for some shopping and good food. Like our past NYC trips, we had a packed schedule, except this time, we completely lost track of time. We didn't even get to eat/visit half the things on our list! Joe Fresh, I'll have to catch you next time.
My brain's still recovering, but hopefully I'll have a couple shoe and clothing reviews coming up this week. For now, an outfit from last week when the weather was noticeably cooler.
sunglasses: Old Navy round metal-hardware (similar)
flower pin: Old Navy (similar)
top: Hollister (similar)
trench: Burberry Marystow (sold here)
ring: Forever 21 textured horse shoe (similar)
pants: Zara TRF cargo trousers (similar)
shoes: Ann Taylor covered platform bootie (similar)

Mondays are always the slowest/longest for me. At least, you and your bf had a great time in NY. Enjoy the rest of your week, Cee!
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, you're not missing much with Joe Fresh. Generally big and boxy. Not great for petites. Good flip flops though--probably the only pair I've ever owned that hasn't cut into my feet. Great look--you're making me miss my Tillary Tote. =(
ReplyDeleteAww, I was hoping Joe Fresh would pan out given how nice their price range is.
DeleteAnd Cher, anytime you want to borrow my Tillary tote, you're welcome to :)
Oh my, love your outfit from head to toe. :) Looks like you are getting a lot of use of this tote. I have to break out mine soon. :)
ReplyDeleteI can carry everything but the kitchen sink in this tote. My poor Chanel hasn't been getting much love lately b/c of this, lol. Looking forward to your outfit posts with your tote!
DeleteGorgeous coat! :) What a classic look!
ReplyDeleteOh, you rock the flower pin so well! I cannot seem to add pins/broaches to my outfits without feeling weird. Can't wait to read more about your NY shopping and reviews!
ReplyDeleteAhh, sorry to get your hopes up but I only bought one thing in NY :( Shoe reviews are up though!
DeleteThose shoes look so much fun with your cargo pants!!
