Even though I live in a region with four distinct seasons, sometimes I feel like I dress for spring/fall year-round. The perks of an office job, I suppose? Aside from obvious items reserved for specific seasons (ie: fur vest in the winter), everything else is fair game for my daily mixing and matching. Such is the case with today's outfit of ankle length pants made of lightweight wool. Normally worn in the cooler months, I summerized (an actual word according to The Free Dictionary!) the outfit with a short-sleeved tee.

sunglasses: Walmart aviator (similar)
lips: Revlon ColorBurst Lipcolor in soft nude 070 (similar)
scarf: American Eagle (similar)
tee: American Eagle (similar)
bracelets: Madewell knot cuff (similar; similar); Madewell tree-twig cuff (similar)
belt: J.Crew (similar)
clutch: H&M (similar)
shoes: Via Spiga Missy wedges (similar)

  1. I had a pair of wool pants too and they were the most flattering I ever had. There's just something about this fabric: soft, easy, comfortable, ... . I love this pink + purple combo, it works very well! xo

    1. Soft wool just drapes beautifully, right? I really need to branch out to wearing more than just cotton :)

  2. i never really dress like summer either when i'm working. i can't believe you brought out the wool pants, tho! its 100 degrees here! perhaps a bit cooler by you?

    1. Haha, not by much... I believe temps were in the 80s when I wore the outfit? Of course, being inside with the AC running all day is the reason why I've worn the pants a few times this summer.
