Earth Tones
Thursday, January 10, 2013I'm waiting for the day that my male boss and I both go into work wearing the same plaid shirt. Okay, so his doesn't have ruffles, but the pattern and color scheme are exactly like mine. Also, given my penchant for cargo pants, there's a very likely chance we'd look like twins from head to toe. Just in case the matching outfits become too embarrassing, I'll be sure to have a sweater handy.

Love that shirt on you! I tried it on at The Gap and felt silly - just didn't look right on me, but on you it's perfect!

Great casual outfit. Love the statement necklace. I love Amrita Singh, I actually just wore her Nello earrings in my most recent post =)

Love your mint Nello earrings! I don't have pierced ears, but AS is one brand who actually offers quite a selection of clip on options. I'll have to keep that in mind during future flash sales.
DeleteSo many great pieces! Another belt of yours I love. And you make me want cargo pants. :p
ReplyDeleteZara has quite a selection every season, but they may be a bit loose on you. Free shipping + free returns make them worth trying I'd think :)
DeleteI love this outfit on you. Casual but chic.
ReplyDeleteYou might have to text your boss in the morning to find out if he's wearing his check shirt ;-)
Hahaha if I was on friendlier terms with my boss I might just do that.
Deletelol! your male boss must have great style or he's inspired by you even! haha, you always make me smile :)
ReplyDeletelol, i always seem to wear something similar to, well, someone i'd rather not be. you guys would just have to take a picture and post it in the break room or something ;) and then put on the sweater
ReplyDeleteThe awkwardness might just make that photo worthwhile, hahaha. I'll have to remember that.
DeleteLOL that would be hilarious! If that happens PLEASE convince him to make an appearance on the blog :P

You make casual clothes look so chic.
ReplyDeleteLOL! I dressed like my male boss one day: khakis + a tucked in light blue button down. I was glad we didn't have any group meetings together that day!
ReplyDeleteI was once at a meeting with 8-10 others and EVERYONE (including me) had on a blue dress shirt. We all had a good chuckle about it.
DeleteI'd love to hear from you. Constructive criticisms welcome!
