Mixed Prints

There's something about the style and print of the dress that brings out the preppy side of me. As if the dress isn't enough, I continued the theme with colorful loafers and a bright scarf. For once I can walk down M Street in Georgetown and actually blend in... which I'm not sure is necessarily a good thing.

  1. I really like the color and fit of that dress on you. The scarf is a nice addition too.

Georgetown isn't terribly preppy though. Sure, you can always spot someone dressed in New England style, but most people are trendier than that.

    1. Yeah I'm stereotyping here. Admittedly I haven't spent that much time in Georgetown, but the times that I have, my eyes always seem to be drawn to the preppy-looking people. Maybe the colors just stand out more? Or I'm subconsciously reinforcing the stereotype? Must... keep... an... open... mind!
